The Dromedary Hotel is an incredibly charming old country pub dating from 1895 and is one of Tilba's most notable landmarks.
Known across the region for its great food and drink and friendly staff, "The Drome" prides itself on serving are more than your average pub grub. Affectionately nicknamed "The Living Room of the Town", The Drom is just that, a fantastic meeting place for locals and visitors to socialise and enjoy a chat, a drink and a meal.
The menu changes regularly and there's always new daily specials on the board, with the spotlight on local, seasonal ingredients.
We are proud to support local musicians and popular touring favourites offering free live music every Sunday afternoon, in our sunny beer garden if it's warm or in our cosy barn if not.
The Drom is the home of Tilba Brewing Co, making and serving delicious IPA, Amber and Pale Ales on tap and to take away. We also serve Resches, Tooheys Old and Carlton Draught, and feature tasty drops from our brewing partner Stoic Brewing (of Gerringong, NSW) and other local brewers on our rotating guest taps.
Tilba Distilling Co also started life at The Drom! Our delicious rhubarb gin was such a hit with our patrons that we now work with South Coast distillers Nine Circles to make and bottle our special recipe.
Featuring the most photographed spot in town, make sure you grab a selfie at 'Bullshit Corner' - it's a must do when visiting Tilba!
'The Drom' is open 7 days for lunch and dinner. Booking recommended.
