Our three-bedroom Farmhouse sleeps six and boasts an open-plan living dining area with a sofas and comfy chairs, a fabulous kitchen with every appliance, a large dining area and a pot-belly wood heater for winter warmth.

Through French doors, the house opens to a wide-covered verandah with entertaining areas, bbq and outdoor sofa and fab views across rolling green countryside. There is a fenced garden for youngsters to run free, or even your pooch to enjoy (but please seek prior approval).

There's three bedrooms in total - two bedrooms with queen size beds, and one bedroom with two king single beds. Large and functional, the bathroom has bath and shower, and the laundry a washing machine and dryer.

Contemporary in design, there's plenty of space and we've ensured exceptional comfort with quality mattresses, crisp linen, fluffy towels and the latest appliances.
We run Angus beef and Dorper sheep on our 320-acre working farm plus a XMAS Tree farm.  It's the ideal holiday haven to embrace the best of nature, pristine beaches, farm life, adventure sports, charming Australian county towns and people, gourmet food and relaxed coastal living.

Just behind our Farmhouse is the mountain Nanjanuga (Little Dromedary) and further on the mother mountain, Gulaga (Mount Dromedary). You're surrounded by national parks, and the most beautiful landscape, with opportunities for every outdoor pursuit from hiking to cycling, walking to mountain biking; from swimming, fishing, paddling and surfing to golf and tennis.

Pristine beaches like stunning Mystery Bay are on our doorstep, the historic villages of Central Tilba and Tilba Tilba a km away, and the picturesque towns of Narooma and Bermagui close by.
